Midas Touch's manufacturing units are based in Navi Mumbai, the newly upcoming industrial area of Mumbai. By virtue of their locations factories enjoy an abundant supply of raw material from sources that share the company's value for quality and perfection . Each unit has a highly skilled and efficient labour force working on state-of -the-art machinery such as Tajima, Juki, Yamato, Singer, Brother and Sussman. The production capacity is over 9000 garments per day.

For maximum utilization of local and readily available resources, Midas Touch has demarcated the units according to various specifics.


The main knit wear manufacturing factory in Navi Mumbai – Vision Apparel , has a capacity of 4000 garments per day. Set in a building of 25,000 square feet, it has a labor force of 300 people. Here we manufacture knitted sportswear, casual wear, sleepwear for ladies, kids and men


The woven factory – Flaire Apparel of 30,000 square feet houses 350 machines and has a capacity of 3000 garments per day. Our specialty is value added ladies apparel in yarn dyed cottons, cambrics, poplins, dobby's and voile. We also manufacture kids and men's wear


The three smaller units manufacture high value garments using in delicate fabrics like silk , georgette etc with capacity of 2000 pieces per day.

Backward integration has brought great improvement to all Midas Touch units. The results speak for themselves. The stitching factories in Navi Mumbai have been installed with sophisticated machines such as Pfaff, Juki, Singer, Eastman and Brother for all manufacturing activities.

Midas Touch, a manufacturing and export company for readymade apparels, began as a small operation in 1973. It flourished under the diligent eyes of Mr. Ashok Rajani, the founder, and his younger brother, Mr.Suresh Rajani.

Now Midas Touch is in the process of expansion plans for the new decade. On the cards are the following:

  • Setting up a state-of-the-art embroidery unit having a production capacity of approx. 3,000 pcs per day
  • Setting up an Austrian-make, high speed, piece-printing machine with capacity to print 5000 garments per day.
  • Setting up a fabric knitting plant for captive consumption using the latest technology and circular knitting machines. This will give us an absolute control on delivery and quantity.


The cutting section is equipped with the Gerber spreader and cutter that ensure 100% perfection. It improves turnaround times and expedites the cutting process with minimal waste and cost. The section also has Bend Knife machine and Fusing machines. Most modern CAD systems from Gerber, Tukatech and Lectra are employed for Computerized Precision Pattern Making, Grading and Marking System.

The embroidery division at Midas Touch is equipped with more than 50 computerized machines of 20 heads each, from Barudan and SWF. The facility also has 5 sampling machines with 4 heads each. Advanced designing system and elaborate matching processes are employed to achieve intricate patterns and sophisticated illustration.
